Frequent Buyer Program
All members of the V.I.Pisces Customer Program* are eligible to participate in our Frequent Buyer program on participating brands and sizes of dry dog and cat food. Simply provide the cashier with your customer number and you can receive points on regular items and start earning toward a free** bag of food!
You can start earning toward your free bag immediately! Plus, you’ll earn points on the other items you buy that you can redeem for merchandise throughout the store!
Here’s how it works:
1. The customer must be a member of the V.I.Pisces Customer Program. If you are not a member fill out an application form Online or in Store.
2. The customer must provide their V.I.Pisces Customer number at the time of purchase in order to receive credit for their bag purchase (alternately, you may use your 10 digit phone number).
3. Each purchase of a participating bag counts towards the number of bags you need to purchase to receive your free bag (number varies depending on brand – see below).
4. After purchasing the required number of bags, you will receive your next bag free (customer is responsible for paying applicable sales tax on free bag).
5. You can start earning toward your next free bag with your next dog food purchase (not counting your free bag purchase).
6. Purchases made prior to membership in the Frequent Buyer program cannot be credited to a member’s account.

1. Pisces Pet Emporium reserves the right to cancel, modify or restrict the Frequent Buyer Program or any aspects of the Program at any time with or without notice.
2. Pisces Pet Emporium may revoke membership in the V.I.Pisces Customer Program and Frequent Buyer Program at any time; failure to follow any terms of the Program or any misrepresentation by the customer may be subject to membership revocation and will affect eligibility for further participation in the Program.
3. Pisces Pet Emporium's V.I.Pisces Customer account number is not transferable.
4. Customer must buy the same brand and largest size bag of dry dog food or cat food for each purchase to receive credit.
5. All bag purchases will be tracked by entering the V.I.Pisces Customer account number at the time of purchase. Customers are not required to retain any receipts, UPC bar codes or proof of purchase symbols.
6. Participation in the“Frequent Buyer program begins with the purchase of the first bag of qualifying dry dog or cat food.
7. The free bag will be awarded as an electronic coupon at the till. The customer is required to bring the bag to the cashier for purchase. The computer will apply an electronic coupon for the value of the bag and the customer will pay the applicable sales tax.
8. All returned food purchases must be made with the customer’s V.I.Pisces Customer account number and will be deducted from the member’s bag total.
9. Program is restricted to participating brands and sizes.
10. The promotion for the next free bag starts again with your next purchase, not including your free bag purchase.
11. Free bag giveaways are not eligible for this offer.
12. No V.I.Pisces points will be awarded for any item that is part of the Frequent Buyer program.
