Ideal for application in fresh or marine aquariums, the Fluval Power Filter provides superior water quality with an extensive 5-stage filtration system. 2-stage mechanical filtration effectively traps large and fine debris, then a chemical filtration stage uses activated carbon to effectively remove toxins. The last two biological stages allow good bacteria to colonize, as well as block debris from the C-Nodes that provide efficient nitrification. This rigorous process leaves crystal-clear healthy water!
