At Pisces, we offer a conditional 30-Day Return Policy on many items, some exceptions apply. All products must be accompanied by a valid receipt, original packaging, and tags. Items must be in suitable condition for re-sale.

Dog Toys

No toy is indestructible. We do not offer a return on items that were chewed too quickly as all toys are meant to be chewed. Monitor toys for signs of wear and tear, and replace as needed. Always supervise your dog with new and old toys.

Clippers & Grooming Supplies

No returns on products that have been used.

Apparel & Harnesses

Apparel and harnesses must be clean and free of pet hair/signs of wear.

Dog & Cat Dry Food (Kibble & Freeze-Dried)

Opened bags may only be returned for store credit or exchanged. Opened bags with less than half of the kibble remaining may be returned for half the value in-store credit.*

*Please check the back of your bag for a brand’s Satisfaction Guarantee, if any.

Frozen Food & Treats

No returns.

Fish Guarantee

Please bring a water sample and the fish back to our store for credit in separate containers, as well as the original receipt. If you have a VIPisces account, we may be able to access lost receipts in-store.

  • Within 14 Days of purchase: Reimbursement for the full price of fish in in-store credit
  • Each fish may be replaced once. The guarantee does not apply to replacement fish.

This guarantee ultimately depends on the outcome of your water sample - Pisces staff have full discretion. Our guarantee is null and void in circumstances where we believe proper care and attention were not exercised by the customer.
