If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange. Products that are defective or unused, unworn, unopened, and in new condition will be refunded to the original form of payment.

If the return is the result of a defective product or an error on our part, we will provide you with a return label. In all other instances, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Delivery failures determined by our shipping couriers (Canpar and Canada Post) will be returned to Pisces. This includes incorrect/invalid addresses and multiple delivery attempts. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and this is a non-refundable charge in this instance. We strongly recommend that you monitor your tracking information for updates once your order has been shipped.

If your order has been marked as “delivered” but not received, please contact us immediately so we may look into your order for a solution.

Please note that due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, Canada Post and Canpar have suspended their delivery time guarantees temporarily. Shipping fees are not reimbursable regardless of if your shipment experiences delays.

Dog & Cat Dry Food (Kibble & Freeze-Dried)

We handle dog/cat food returns on a case-by-case basis as many pet food companies offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on their products. Otherwise, we offer a full refund or exchange for unopened bags of food. Opened bags may also be donated to our location in Calgary for the ARF Foundation. If the return is the result of a defective product or an error on our part we will provide you with a return label. In all other instances, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Dog Toys

No toy is indestructible. We do not offer a return on items that were chewed too quickly as all toys are meant to be chewed. Monitor toys for signs of wear and tear, and replace as needed. Always supervise your dog with new and old toys.

Clippers & Grooming Supplies

No returns on products that have been used.

Apparel & Harnesses

Apparel and harnesses must be clean and free of pet hair/signs of wear.

No returns on filters that have been used.
