Peter's pH Reducer makes aquariums more acidic. It is important to maintain a proper pH in your aquarium for fish health. Some water is high in mineral ions, which strongly buffers aquarium water and can resist pH change or cause pH rebound. As such, repeat dosing may be required to lower pH.
