I have been a patron of Piscies since they opened at their current location. I recently moved 6.5 hours away, but have decided that I want to continue purchasing my frozen rodent feeders for my snakes from them, because I trust their sourcing and because they have always provided me outstanding customer service. The staff in the reptile department have been of great support in my education of all things slithering. Kyle, has always been a great source of knowledge and always greets us with a smile and a " hey nice to see ya". When making this large order, I had the help of Alex, she was super friendly and assisted me with making my online order. I can't say enough good things about Piscies and the staff, I absolutely love spending an hour perusing the store when I travel down to see family or pick up my orders. It may be 6.5 hours away, but its worth the drive.
